Inspired by a couple of upcoming Mandalas of the Day for this week’s theme: Tables, I put together this ‘mash-up’ mandala design. We focus on the three components of the human trinity (body, mind, and spirit) and their interconnectedness with each other…putting them all “out on the table” so to speak. When one goes out of balance, with either too little or too much attention, the other two fall out of balance as well in order to compensate.
With this week’s coloring we can correlate “body, “mind”, and “spirit” to each of the sections in the mandala. Connecting with each one as we color its section, we can tune into how it feels in that moment. Does it feel in or out of balance? Breathing into it is one way to bring it into balance. Coloring that section with the intention of balancing it, can also bring peace and harmony to that trinity component.
It may also be a worthwhile practice to color this mandala on a regular basis as a conscious way to bring the human trinity into balance with peace, love, and joy.
