Reframe: Today, I dedicate myself to calm, clarity, and inner peace.

Lesson 256 God is the only goal I have today.
Reframe: My focus today is on aligning with love and truth.

Lesson 257 Let me remember what my purpose is.
Reframe: I remember my true purpose: to live in awareness, love, and clarity.

Lesson 258 Let me remember that my goal is God.
Reframe: I choose to return to alignment with the Source of all love.

Lesson 259 Let me remember that there is no sin.
Reframe: I release guilt and recognize that all is learning and growth.

Lesson 260 Let me remember God created me.
Reframe: I remember that I am a radiant expression of love.

Message

Be Still, Remember, Return

This week we let all distractions fall silent so we may hear truth and wisdom. We dedicate ourselves to calm, clarity, and inner peace, focusing on aligning with love and truth. We remember our true purpose: to live in awareness, love, and clarity. We choose to return to alignment with the Source of all love, releasing guilt and recognizing that all is learning and growth. And we remember that we are expressions of love.

Here are some questions to guide your ponderings as you color this week’s Mandala of the Week.

  1. What distractions am I ready to let fall silent so I can hear truth and wisdom?
  2. What would it look like to spend this day in perfect peace—calm, clear, and aligned?
  3. What would shift if I truly remembered that I am an expression of love?
