Reframe: Fear has no true foundation; it is a choice I can release.

Lesson 241 This holy instant is salvation come.
Reframe: This present moment is an opportunity for release and renewal.

Lesson 242 This day is God’s. It is my gift to Him.
Reframe: This day is a gift; I offer it in awareness and love.

Lesson 243 Today I will judge nothing that occurs.
Reframe: I observe without judgment, allowing clarity to arise.

Lesson 244 I am in danger nowhere in the world.
Reframe: I am safe and supported in every moment.

Lesson 245 Your peace is with me, Father. I am safe.
Reframe: Peace surrounds me, and I am secure.

Lesson 246 To love my Father is to love His Son.
Reframe: To embody love for the Source is to honor all beings.

Message

Release, Observe, Love

This week we recognize that fear has no true foundation and is a choice we can release. We embrace each present moment as an opportunity for release and renewal. We offer this day as a gift, held in awareness and love. We practice observing without judgment, trusting that clarity will arise. We rest in the truth that we are safe and supported in every moment, surrounded by peace and security. And we remember that to embody love for the Source is to honor all beings.

Here are some questions to guide your ponderings as you color this week’s Mandala of the Week.

  • Where in my life am I choosing fear, and what would shift if I released it?
  • What would it look like to observe without judgment today—simply allowing clarity to arise?
  • How might I embody love in a way that honors both the Source and all beings?
