Lesson 226 My home awaits me. I will hasten there.
Reframe: I am returning to my center of peace and clarity.

Lesson 227 This is my holy instant of release.
Reframe: This moment is a chance to release, reset, and align.

Lesson 228 God has condemned me not. No more do I.
Reframe: I release self-blame and accept my wholeness.

Lesson 229 Love, Which created me, is what I am.
Reframe: I am an expression of love—the essence of who I am.

Lesson 230 Now will I seek and find the peace of God.
Reframe: I choose to welcome and recognize inner peace now.

Lesson 231 Father, I will but to remember You.
Reframe: I choose to remember the Source of love and clarity.

Lesson 232 Be in my mind, my Father, through the day.
Reframe: May awareness of love and truth guide my mind today.

Message

Release, Remember, Return

This week we return to our center of peace and clarity. We embrace each moment as an opportunity to release, reset, and align. We release self-blame and accept our wholeness. We remember that we are expressions of love—the essence of who we are. We choose to welcome inner peace now, remember the Source of love and clarity, and invite awareness of love and truth to guide our minds throughout the day.

Here are some questions to guide your ponderings as you color this week’s Mandala of the Week.

  • What would it feel like to truly come home to my center of peace and clarity—right here, right now?
  • Where in my life am I ready to release self-blame and accept my wholeness?
  • What would shift if I let awareness of love and truth guide my mind today?
