23-17 Hang in There

Download and color this week’s
Mandala of the Week

This week’s MotW is inspired by Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles”, namely Principles #21 and #22: Keep Score For Success and Practice Persistence respectively. With regards to keeping score, Canfield states: “If you were to keep score on the five things that would advance your personal and professional objectives the most, imagine how motivated you would be each time the numbers improved in your favor.” Regarding persistence he states: “Persistence is probably the single most common quality of high achievers. They simply refuse to give up. The longer you hang in there, the greater the chance that something will happen in your favor.”

Over the next seven days, I’ll be delving deeper into these principles via multiple colorings of this mandala and posting them on the Mandalas of the Day. My plan this week is to “hang in there”, keep going, do the next thing that needs to be done…and to honor and track my successes regardless of their size.

So how about you? Do you keep track of your successes? Do you keep going even if there are setbacks? Are you willing to hang in there for your vision, dream, goal?

“Success is not
the absence of failure;
it’s the persistence
through failure.”
