Lots of Colors

All colors vibrate with their own frequency. When we choose a color to be our favorite it’s usually because we resonate with it on some level or it could be that it’s a frequency we strive to experience.
At the same time we also determine which colors we dislike. And because we do, we tend to stay away from them and rarely use them in our lives.
Without having all of the colors available to us in some way we would experience gaps in frequencies, which would be a shame because they all have something of value to offer us.
This Week…
Play with expressing yourself using all the colors in your collection of colors. Use them once and then go onto the next section/color.
For an added bonus, color with your non-dominant hand!
And if you want to take it to a different level, start out with using your least favorite colors first.
