Lesson 196 It can be but myself I crucify.
Reframe: My suffering arises from resistance; I can choose otherwise.

Lesson 197 It can be but my gratitude l earn.
Reframe: Gratitude is freely available, and I choose to receive it.

Awakening to Purpose, Trusting the Journey

This week we begin by claiming who we are and clarifying our purpose. As we move along our journey, we recognize opportunities for growth and learn to trust the process. With gratitude, we take responsibility for our choices and open ourselves to receive.

Here are some questions to guide your ponderings as you color this week’s Mandala of the Week.

  • Where in my life am I ready to trust the unfolding rather than control it?
  • What would it feel like to greet every experience as a teacher rather than an obstacle?
  • Where am I holding onto resistance, and what might shift if I released it?
