Lesson 163: I am as God created me.
Reframe: I am whole and complete.

Lesson 164: There is no death.The Son of God is free.
Reframe: Love is infinite, and so are we.

Lesson 165: Now are we One with Him Who is our Source.
Reframe: I am one with everything.

Lesson 166: Let not my mind deny the Thought of God.
Reframe: I am open to the thought that I am loved and whole.

Lesson 167: I am entrusted with the gifts of God.
Reframe: I am entrusted with peace and love.

Lesson 168: Your grace is given me. I claim it now.
Reframe: Peace is already given. I claim it now.

Lesson 169: By grace I live. By grace I am released.
Reframe: In peace I live. In peace I am free.

Message

The Course often reminds us, in a variety of ways, that we are already whole and complete just as we are. Any diversion from living that experience is the work of the ego mind trying to keep itself safe through fear and limiting beliefs about ourselves, others, and God.

How would it feel to truly know and accept that we are loved and supported? How would it feel to know that we have another option besides thinking we have to go it all alone? How would it feel to know that peace is who we are once the veils of fear are brushed aside?

Ponder this as you color this week’s mandala.
