ACIM Lessons: 29-35

Lesson 29 God is in everything I see.
Re-Frame: There’s a unifying presence or essence woven into all things.

Lesson 30 God is in everything I see because God is in my mind.
Re-Frame: The quality of unity I perceive comes from the awareness within me.

Lesson 31 I am not the victim of the world I see.
Re-Frame: My experience isn’t controlled by outside circumstances.

Lesson 32 I have invented the world I see.
Re-Frame: My interpretations shape the world I believe I’m seeing.

Lesson 33 There is another way of looking at the world.
Re-Frame: A different, more helpful perspective is available.

Lesson 34 I could see peace instead of this.
Re-Frame: A peaceful viewpoint is possible right now.

Lesson 35 My mind is part of God’s. I am very holy.
Re-Frame: My mind is connected to a larger, peaceful intelligence.

Message

”Wholeness is Already Here, Awaiting My Vision”

This week we delve deeper into how and what we see. Essentially, it begs the question: are we seeing through the filter of the ego-mind or through love/truth ? At this point it’s mainly about noticing how and what we see along with being open to the possibility that there’s another, more peaceful perspective.

At this point most of us have been using our ego-mind filter, mainly because we didn’t know any better and/or we didn’t realize that there was a better way. Through The Course’s slow and steady curriculum we gently make our way towards recognizing that we have a choice in how we want to see: through the eyes of fear or through the eyes of love ? It’s our call to make.
