Pilgrimage of Healing and Consciousness

For 2025, we’re embarking on a 52-week pilgrimage of inward healing, growth, and self-discovery…and ultimately, peace…regardless of whether the healing is related to addiction, grief, or any other challenge we seek to overcome.

The fifth “mile” of our pilgrimage encourages us to take a look at ourselves, to take stock of what we like about ourselves and what could use some transformations…essentially, our strengths and our weaknesses.

If we struggle with that at all, we might want to look at what triggers us about other people. Chances are they’re mirroring some part of us that we’ve hidden away or don’t want to see. At same time, we might also want to look at what we admire in other people…chances are they’re mirroring some part of us that we’ve hidden away or don’t believe about ourselves.

While exploring in the deep recesses of our psyche, we might also notice some patterns…behaviors that show up in different areas of our lives but carry the same theme, such as “being late”, “not enough”, “not fair”, and so on.

If the stock manager of a store doesn’t do inventory…how will the purchaser know what to replenish? The same goes for us…if we don’t do self-inventory, how will we know what needs to be loved, released, and/or healed?

How about you? Are you ready to journey within?

Wanna color too?

🏵️ Creating Mandalas — Awakening Inner Harmony

About the 2025 Mandalas of the Week

Each week I will create a new mandala design to color, along with my coloring of it, and a weekly message and prompt for us to continue on our quest throughout the year. All of which is inspired by Melody Beattie’s book entitled “52 Weeks of Consciousness Contact”.

I will be breaking down each week’s topic into daily insights and images (inspired by Melody’s book) on my blog site: MandalaoftheDay.com where I’ll be creating/building one giant mandala (48”x48”), one puzzle piece of it each day.

May Peace Prevail on Earth and in our Hearts
