For 2025, we’re embarking on a pilgrimage of inward healing, growth, and self-discovery…regardless of whether the healing is related to addiction, grief, or any challenge we seek to overcome. The first “mile” of this journey is about taking stock of where we are and committing to this path I’m calling the “Pilgrimage of Healing and Consciousness”.
When I first created this mandala, I felt like I needed to “straighten” it out…it looked like it was leaning forward. Then I realized that it’s perfect the way it is…it implies forward movement…as in taking the first step of the first mile.
As part of taking stock, we are encouraged to look at how every experience has and is a teacher and an opportunity to realize its gift…it got us to where we are now. We can also look at how our values (positive and negative) have shaped and continue to shape our experiences. By committing to this pilgrimage, we’re being asked to trust the process and trust ourselves to follow through.
For me I’m wanting to shed the limiting beliefs and fears that keep me from achieving my full potential. I want to heal from the experiences that created them in the first place. Ultimately, I want to experience inner harmony. I have so much that I want to do and experience and yet I keep holding myself back. Quite frankly, I’m tired of it…and there’s no peace in holding back.
How about you? Are you ready to embark on a pilgrimage of self-discovery?
Wanna color too?
If you would like to receive a free PDF copy of this mandala to color for yourself as part of this pilgrimage, let me know via my CONTACT ME page.

About the 2025 Mandalas of the Week
Each week I will create a new mandala design to color, along with my coloring of it, and a weekly message and prompt for us to continue on our quest throughout the year. All of which is inspired by Melody Beattie’s book entitled “52 Weeks of Consciousness Contact”.
I will be breaking down each week’s topic into daily insights and images (inspired by Melody’s book) on my blog site: MandalaoftheDay.com
May Peace Prevail on Earth and in our Hearts.
