This week’s MotW is inspired by Jack Canfield’s “The Success Principles”, namely Principle #32: Transform Your Inner Critic into an Inner Coach. Canfield states: “We know from research that [negative] thoughts have a powerful effect on us. They affect our attitude, our physiology, and our motivation to act. Our negative thoughts actually control our behavior. … What if you could transform your negative self-talk into positive self-talk? … Well…all of that is possible with a little awareness, focus, and intention.”

Over the next seven days, I’ll be delving deeper into this principle via multiple colorings of this mandala and posting them on the Mandalas of the Day. My plan this week is to pay closer attention to my self-talk and learn how to embrace my Inner Coach.
